The holiday home is located in the charming village of Plaka, which has several taverns, bars, and mini-markets. From the house, you have a great view of the Mediterranean Sea, the Souda Peninsula, and the village.

It is approximately a 15-minute walk to the holiday and seaside resort of Almirida. There are two long beaches, several hotels, restaurants, taverns, bars, grocery stores, etc.

The house is approx. 95 sqm included the covered terrace. Total terrace is about 120 sqm with 30 sqm roof terrace. Private swimming pool on the terrace of 3x5 m. Open living/kitchen solution, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/toilet, and garage. Air conditioning in the living room and in all bedrooms. Heating cables in the bathroom and living room/kitchen.

There are a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and one with a family bunk bed. There is a total of beds for 6 people, depending on whether they are children or not. The two largest bedrooms have a double bed and floor-to-ceiling cupboards. Both have double patio doors with mosquito nets. The smallest bedroom has a family bunk bed with room for two (three) people (if children).

On the terrace, there is a large dining table with 8 chairs, a 3-seater sofa, two coffee tables, and two sunbeds. On the roof terrace, there is a 3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa, and table. Large swimming pool with children's pool in the area (shared with others).

Two bathrooms/toilets with heating cables, of which the largest bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle and washing machine.
